Waterfront All Services Limited was established and incorporated in Ghana under the Ghana laws. We can state that is one of the big wings in the shipping and maritime business.
Our core business includes shipping and ship husbandry, custom clearing and freight forwarding, export, import, transport, Construction, Procurement and supply management, Farming and Agriculture Service. We are located on the second floor in the Global Tower behind the Engen filling station adjacent Meridian.

We envisage the need for a dedicated, specialized clearing and freight forwarding team to render a personalized services with professionalism to exporters and importers in the country and beyond, with a staff strength of fifty (50) staffs for operations.
Waterfront All Services Limited is a member of some associations including Ghana Chamber of Commerce, Customs Brokers Association of Ghana (CUBAG), Ship Owners and Agents Association. With works and housing certificate to operate
Our company can boast of over 60 trucks which operate across the country and beyond. We have branches in Niger, Togo, Nigeria, Cote D’ivoire and trying to establish more branches within the sub-region.
When it comes to construction we have all requisite legal certificates and regulatory documents from Ministry of Roads and Highways that mandate us to operate in this industry. We have handled a lot of contract from Feeder Roads, Coastal Development (CODA), Ghana First, etc. and completed huge projects in the Country.

Henry Gbati
Our C.E.O, is a zealous, affable, proactive, hardworking and efficient with over Ten (10) years industry experience. He has previously worked with top industry players like Global Cargo and commodities ltd. Mr. Gbati is a staunch Christian and thus leads and guides his Staff with the word of the Lord as well.
He schooled in University of Ghana Legon, BSc. Marine Science and also possess a Masters from Regional Maritime University in Port and Shipping Management; amongst these certificates he has also picked up certificates in Nebosh process safety Management, Customs House Agents Proficiency Certificate, Benom Consult, Regional Maritime University, Management of International Maritime of Dangerous Goods (IMDG).
Our CEO is much more of a team leader as he interacts with all staff and is involved in the day to day running of the office as well as he always keeps a very cordial relationship with all clients. He is a lover of sports, especially tennis and football and he is a staunch Arsenal fan as well
Barbara Gbati
A very versatile and young dynamic Managing Director, who can be described as effective, forceful, disciplined, a leader and outspoken women. She possess immense experience of eleven (11) years in this industry. She is an old student of Wesley Girls High School, holds a BSc in Marine Science and Fisheries from University of Ghana, Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) Project Management from University of Ghana Business School. Custom Proficiency Certificate from GRA Division of Custom Excise and Preventive Service
She is a firm believer of Christ, loves to interact with her staff especially engages those on the field and seek the welfare of the staff with the growth of the company. She loves reading, researching and listening to music alongside dancing.
